Design Reactor partnered with Google to create their brand innovation center, BrandLab, a space where the innovation giant helps external companies tap into their own brand potential and unlock the latest digital tools to engage their own customers and grow their business model.
Google accepts less than 100 applicants into the BrandLab program each year, and only the top brands in the world are able to attend the onsite workshop held at Google locations across the world from San Francisco, to Singapore, to Paris.
The BrandLab Application website (www.googlebrandlab.com) is a site that gives clients high-level information about the workshop and allows companies to apply through a simple application process. Design Reactor built the BrandLab website, the central hub for "all things" supporting the one-day workshop, including pre, during, and post-event activities as part of their participant experience journey.
After being accepted to the BrandLab workshop, each client is given a unique URL and credentials to their very own, customized website. Here, clients are able to see pre, during and post workshop information that includes; agendas for the day, local hotels and restaurants, directions and travel information, photos from their day at the BrandLab, and links to resources including the presentations used at the workshop. This client website allows 24/7 access to all customized BrandLab materials and resources pre, during and post event.
